What Is A Lease Line In Network

Lease LineLease line is a rented line of an internet connection to be usable in joining networks of different locations. Lease line or a rent line of internet connection specially used to join two different locations within same network without interrupting the communication process of others on a line of service provider. Service providers are those who give us connections to use on the basis of rent this rental process named this connection as lease line. Lease line is not gives access to use internet services like browsing on internet, surfing websites or listening and downloading data. Lease line just only joins the two and more locations in a same network. However lease line also comes with a pack of internet facility in which we also can access internet same with lease line with little bit extra charges including in the same bill of existing lease line rental plans.

Lease Line Between Two Organizations
As we can see in the image of service provider where there are two industries of same name but have different location of their self offices. Such office is always connected with each other to be form a single system network. Suppose considering image diagram there is two organizations at different location which is far long that each other. One organization manages the web email functions of KeyDatabase Incorporation whereas another organization manages the whole website functions which both are same to form KeyDatabase Incorporation. To run the whole organization we need to run with both the organizations of same name where some of the functions of website hold by one and some by another organization. This is the basic structure of and simple organization. This lease line is used in all the huge organizations like banks, government offices, post offices and some of the famous organizations named like ICICI Bank, RTO Office, MacDonald and Flight booking websites of Jet airways and Kingfisher. All of them work on such function of lease line only.

 Lease line networks used in these specific areas most at ATM machines, connection between mainframe server to terminals and joining head office with other regional offices. Renting lease line may be a harder expenses for small scale business even such business have many branches. Lease line rented when there is a need arises in the functions of business to keep a communication between other branches also. Biggest example of these lease line usages is Banks where a head branch of particular bank holds all the information which is continuously generated from other regional branches of different geographical locations and also retrieves the information from head office if needed by branch office. Lease line does not have any shared connection with others like internet connection lines shared with many computers and workstations.
